(022) 财务管理系统

【摘要】如今，银行贷款以成为大型企业融资的重要途径。对于集团式企业，日常经营中贷款业务更是十分的频繁，因此，贷款管理是一项十分繁重的任务。本文介绍了针对大型企业负责贷款业务工作人员的贷款管理信息系统的设计和实现，旨在减轻其负担，提高效率，避免人工操作的失误。系统实现了贷款到期提醒、利息计算、贷款结构分析，特别针对拥有全资子公司和控股子公司的企业，母公司需要对其经营中发生的贷款进行监控管理，每月需要向母公司提交Excel格式的本月发生的贷款情况，系统提供了Excel表格导入功能，还可将数据导出为Excel文件。每个利息结算周期，系统自动计算利息额。可以按照月份、季度、年份查询利息额。另外系统还有银票管理功能，可以查询银票在各银行间的分布情况，到期提醒等功能。对于系统产生的一些报表，提供打印和打印机设置功能。

【Abstract】Now, the bank loan with become important path of the large business enterprise margin.For the group type business enterprise, the loan business is also very multifarious in the usual management, therefore, loan the management is a very heavy mission.This text introduces to be responsible for to large business enterprise lend money the business staff member of the design and realizations of the loan management information system, the aim is ease it bear, lift high-efficiency, avoid the error of the artificial operation.The system carries out the loan to expire to remind, the interest calculation, the loan structure analysis, aim at to own the subsidiary of whole 资 and control a business enterprise of subsidiary specially, the parent company demand as to it's conduct medium loan of the occurrence to carry on the supervision management, need the loan circumstance that the this month that hands over the format of Excel toward parent company take place monthly, the system provided the Excel form ducting function, can also lead data as document of Excel.Each interest settles accounts the period, the system automatic calculation interest sum.Can according to month, quarter degree, the age search interest sum.Moreover the system still has the silver ticket management function, can search the ticket of silver between each each bank of distribute the circumstance, expire to remind to wait the function.For some statements that system produce, provide to print to establish the function with printer.

前言

当前,许多大型企业财务管理日益复杂。一个企业，从组成上看，不可或缺的元素很多：人、财、物就是其中之三，资金是一个企业生存的基本条件；一个企业的管理，从效果上看，包括很多方面：财务管理、物流管理、人的管理等，而财务的管理是其中最基础性和复杂性的工作之一。因此，必须加强对财务的管理，合理配置企业的经济资源，尽量避免由于管理上的不完善带来的资金的浪费。随着信息量不断增大，信息要求不断规范，财务信息查询、统计、预测等功能的要求不断增多，手工管理已经远远不能满足这些需求，所以要做到这一点，引进先进的计算机财务管理信息系统是一条必经之路。
在企事业工作中财务工作占有着极其重要的地位,然而在现阶段的人事组织工作中却存在着多个相关部门之间各行其事,信息独享等无法避免的尴尬现象,这严重降低了工作效率,增大了部门间协调的难度.而且,这也是与当今社会市场化进程的快速发展相悖的;为了改变这样的局面,财务部门就必须借助现代化的科学技术和先进的管理手段,我们的财务管理系统就在这样的背景下应运而生了,它的出现可以使人更合理高效准确管理企业的资金周转,同时提高工作效率,简化繁琐的手工统计和信息汇总的人工工作。 ... ... ... ...
